Great article, Skype becomes a very important comminucation tool for business, espically for small business who want to use Skype as its primary phone line, now the PrettyMay Skype PBX can be used to set up a Skype based PBX phone system at low cost and rich features.
Agreed – we are using Skype and Instant Messaging programs more and more to reduce telecommunications costs which are still high in South Africa.
